Additional hours over and above the stated, will have to be agreed on.

Prices are for guiding services, however if you require assistance with tour planning or transport arrangements, please ask Ronnie for a quote.

EXTRAS (where appropriate)
Lunch or meal allowance on full day tours. Dinner, bed, breakfast and lunch on tours of more than one day. Travel expenses & travel time to join tour.

CONDITIONS
On a full day lasting more than 8 hours, a supplementary payment for each additional hour. On a half day lasting more than 4 hours, a supplementary payment or, if ending after 13:00, a full day fee.

CANCELLATION FEES

ONE DAY TOURS
Full fee is payable if tour is cancelled less than 14 days prior to tour date!

TOURS LASTING MORE THAN ONE DAY/EXTENDED TOURS
If tour cancelled less then 30 days before tour date, a fee of 50% will be payable, if tour cancelled 14 days before tour date, full fee will be payable!
